When you are first creating your instance, you will be required to create a Calendar. The steps below are applicable if you are going into a new calendar year, or need multiple calendars within the same year.
To Create a Calendar:
- Click the purple plus sign button.
- Select the Calendar Template that fits your new Calendar’s structure.
- Name the Calendar.
- Select the Calendar Group. All existing calendar groups built on the same Calendar Template will appear as an option in the dropdown. If none appear or if you would like to create a new grouping Click +NEW CALENDAR GROUP. Then, name the Grouping and click the check sign. This new grouping will now appear as an option in the dropdown.
- Confirm the Calendar Start Date is accurate. Clicking into this field allows you to change the date.
- Click Save.
