On the Plans > Users section select the ellipsis on the right-hand side and select “Download Template”. This will download an excel file.
Fill out the Excel file. Remember that ALL fields are required for the import to work - even those from the picklist (columns E through I). These fields are for a future reporting feature and are NOT visible to the sales reps. Pick the best fit from the list, as the picklist cannot be altered. If you are intending to use Salesforce SSO, ensure that Username and Email address match what is in Salesforce, case sensitive.
Return to the ellipsis and “Upload Users”
