To remove or suspend access in the Plans -> Users section, select the ellipsis on that specific user’s line and “Deactivate Account”. This will remove their access to SimplyComp, but preserves their data/calculations.
Likely at this stage you will need to also update the Plan Effective Dates for this user to end when their calculations fire. Select Plans -> Specific plan -> Specific User and then update the end date.
NOTE: We recommend NOT removing the user from the plan, as this will remove all their historical data and calculations.
Granting Users Access
When you are ready to give a Sales Rep or new Admin access to SimplyComp, after inputting their user info you will need to “flip the switch” to give them access. Select the ellipsis for that specific user from the Plans -> Users section and “Activate Account”.
This will generate an email to that user. Have them verify their account via the email. If you are not using Salesforce SSO, they will set up a password at this time. If using SSO, they do NOT need to set up a password.
