Utilizing SSO in SimplyComp is very easy for all users. Ensure that the user's Email Address AND Username in SimplyComp match what is in Salesforce. Note that it is case sensitive, so it needs to match exactly.
If after updating these fields you are still unable to login via SSO, have the Administrator select the “Convert to SSO” option from the Plans -> Users -> Individual User ellipsis. If you do not see this option please send a message to support and they will add it to your admin permissions.
