When creating a new Plan in a new year, you can copy old Quotas into the new year to save time and promote continuity among your Plans - meaning you won’t need to reassign them in the Compensable Report mappings. First, create a new Calendar for the new year and ensure it is grouped correctly (see the article Calendar Groupings for more info). In the Plans -> Quotas section, select the frequency grouping and then the year you’d like to copy Quotas into.

You only have the option to copy Quotas forward into subsequent, grouped years. Select the Copy Image in the top left-hand corner after you have selected the year you are copying to the quota into. 

Check the boxes of those you’d like to copy and hit Save. The Quotas will be copied into the new year. Note, if you delete this quota in the year you copied it forward into, it will be deleted across all years.
