User Specific Rules
After creating a plan structure you can add user specific overrides for an individual user. To access those overrides you first will need to click on that specific user on the given plan. This will bring you to the Specific User’s Plan Page (second image below). Now we can add updates to the Payments and Quotas for this specific user.
Notice - the ORANGE dot signifies that this specific user has individual rules/overrides.
Quotas
Click on the specific quota you want to override. You will notice the “Quotas | Username”. Update the Quota value. An orange dot will appear on this Quota, as it now has overrides. You are not able to override the quotas frequency. You can only adjust the value of the Quota.
Payments
Scroll down to the Payments section on the specific user. Click into a Payment you’d like to override. Then, alter the payment rule for that user. You can alter tier thresholds, the amount of tiers, and the rates for this user. You will get this notice when you first try to make the change.
Below you can see the standard and then the overridden rates.
You can also apply Version History (see the Effective Versioning article) at the Individual Override level. Click on the Clock image on the top left to access the overrides.
Note : You are unable to override the Apply the Highest Rate feature.
