Remove Users From A Plan

In SimplyComp, we rarely “remove” a User from a Plan - rather we effective end date a User on a Plan to stop their calculations. If you would still like to remove a User from a Plan, select the particular Plan, select the check box next to that User’s name and then select “Remove” in the bottom right-hand corner.

Doing this will remove the User and associated calculations from the Plan.

Effective End Dating a User on a Plan

Effectively End Dating will stop the user’s ability to be paid commission on that plan after the end date, but preserves their earlier data and commissions from when they were active on that plan. To Effectively End Date a user first click on their plan. Then, select their name from the Plan page’s User Section. Here you can view and edit the effective end date specific to that user.
